AcBE is a training centre for Professional Reflexology and Wellness Therapies.

The Académie du BIEN-ÊTRE is a BeVo-accredited training centre which offers a comprehensive training programme leading to qualification as a professional reflexologist. 

In addition, the academy organises various postgraduate courses for reflexologists who wish to further develop their knowledge and skills.

Overview of courses on offer for 2026–2027

Training programme

Level 1 – Basic Reflexology Course

 

During the first year of the course, you will lay a solid foundation for becoming a professional reflexologist.

Among other things, you’ll learn:

  • Foot reflexology
  • Basic theoretical knowledge
  • Supervised practical exercises
  • 9 days of lessons
  • 3 online evening sessions

No prior knowledge is required.

Level 2 – Advanced Reflexology

 

After successfully completing Level 1, you will explore various reflexology techniques and therapeutic skills in greater depth.

Topics include:

  • Hand Reflexology
  • Chinese energy policy
  • Endocrine and nervous systems
  • Therapeutic counselling
  • Theory and practice under supervision

This course comprises:

  • 12 days of lessons
  • 2 online evening sessions

After Level 2, you choose one of the two professional specialisations.

Classical Reflexology

This specialisation covers, amongst other things:

  • Stress and burnout
  • Metabolic syndrome
  • Pregnancy
  • Paediatric Reflexology
  • Oncology
  • Nutrition
  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Palliative care

In addition, the course includes:

  • 11 days of lessons
  • Work placement
  • Final project

Choose your specialism for Level 3

Cranio-Plantary Reflexotherapy (RCP)

This specialisation focuses on advancing one’s knowledge of Cranio-Plantar Reflexotherapy.

Topics include:

  • Craniosacral techniques
  • Autonomic nervous system
  • Cardiovascular system
  • Immune system
  • Lymphatic system
  • Hormonal system

The course comprises:

  • 16 days of lessons
  • Work placement
  • Final project

Professional reflexologists recognised by BeVo can further specialise through various postgraduate courses.
