A new course in Causal Foot Reflexology will start in the autumn of 2026. Anyone who would like to find out exactly what this approach involves can take part in a free online information evening via Zoom on 15 September.
What is Causal Foot Reflexology?
Causal Foot Reflexology takes a different approach to classical foot reflexology.
The method has evolved from many years of collaboration with osteopaths and focuses strongly on identifying connections and possible underlying causes, rather than focusing solely on the area where a symptom manifests itself.
A key tenet of the method is the osteopathic principle that “health = movement”. This involves, amongst other things, examining the so-called motility: the specific movements of the organs and the interrelationships between different structures in the body.
During the course, students learn about this approach and way of working step by step and how to apply it within Causal Foot Reflexology.

A new series of courses for beginners will start in the autumn.

📚 Class times: on Saturdays
The course is designed for anyone who wishes to gain a deeper understanding of Causal Foot Reflexology and learn to recognise the various connections on which this method is based.
