Professional association of reflexologists Belgium

Our Code of Deontology is intended to serve as a general reference of professional ethics for all reflexologists, regardless of their field of activity, methods, functions or theories.

Its main purpose is to provide guarantee to function professionally and collegially, prevent problems and ensure trust with the client, the health insurer, the government and the umbrella organisations.

First, a definition put forward by the professional association, BeVo, as to what is meant by reflexology: “Reflexology is the teaching, knowledge and working of reflex points and zones, which correspond to and reflect all tissues of the body. Reflexology is a unique method to promote homeostasis of the human being in all its aspects.”
